With Mayhem's assist, Cloak and Dagger prevent a heroin ring from infiltrating the city.

In this issue Cloak, Dagger and Mayhem track some drugs to a festival being run by a Catholic church. They believe that that is the place the drugs will be distributed. They find out that they are being hidden in some religous statues. This fact enrages Dagger and she begins to show that she also has a dark side like Cloak.
